1. Order Processing Time
After an order is placed, we will take 1-2 business days to process your order. ( Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day).
2. Delivery Time
After an order is processed, we will take 6-7 business days to deliver your order.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer a standard shipping rate for all customers and for all products.
4. Potential Service Interruptions
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. For eg in case of national holidays, festivals, natural calamities etc. the shipping may take longer than expected in these cases.
5. Order Tracking Details
Once you have made an online purchase you will get an intimation and tracking details once the product is shipped. This might mean a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information, or guidance on who to contact in case of any lost packages.
